Culinary Management
Your Job
Learn to run a tight ship in a fast-paced business that indulges the senses daily.

Culinary managers run restaurants. They’re responsible for nearly every aspect of the food business, from coordinating kitchens, dining areas and delivery services, to managing large staffs of chefs, waiters and cleaning crews. They oversee inventory, handle payroll, and interact daily with customers, critics, and health and safety inspectors. Many double as executive chefs, and play an important role in menu selection and preparation. It's great for people who love a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
